Through our My Mailbox service you will receive a variety of messages, such as planned system shutdowns, possible malfunction warnings of sections of the portal, interesting offers, and pre-approved loan limits.
In addition, you can choose to see only messages containing contractual documentation or related information. Just choose the “Contracts” item from the list at the top left of the page.
How to display messages
You can always display a message by clicking on its title immediately after logging in to Internet Banking.
- At the top part of the screen
- On the homepage (here you can easily see the latest news)
- In the Internet Banking header (you can also access the mailbox via the envelope icon)
How to search for messages
You can search for messages either by choosing a selected time-period or keywords. To cancel the set-up parameters, click on the cross for the specified parameter.
