How to cancel a World of Rewards account
You can terminate the membership at any time. However, let us remind you that we will reset the point balance when you cancel your account. So, if you have some points on your loyalty account, we recommend that you use these points before you cancel the account to buy rewards in the catalogue.
How to disconnect from the Loyalty Programme
- Click on the “Discontinuing the World of Rewards” button
- Read the terms and conditions for the cancellation of the service, and then select the Consent to the Terms and Conditions
- Click on “Continue”
- Make authorisation through your method (e.g. SMS key)
- Then confirm, and you will be logged out
