Here you can see the Internet / phone payment parameters set up for a specific card. Please note that any authorisation or ban on this function will take effect immediately, only in exceptional cases the change will take effect on the second working day at the latest.

Card number
Card number is the number of the card which you will create settings for. For security reasons, the number is partially hidden.
Permitting payments
Choose "yes" to enable payments, use the “no” option to prohibit disable Internet/telephone payments.
New ePIN
Here you can set your secret 4-digit password, which you will enter together with the SMS code when paying on the Internet. If you use the Smart Key confirmation application, you will not have to enter the password when paying, but it must be set.
Payment limit
Here you can enter a limit for card payments via the Internet / phone. You must observe the minimum and maximum amounts displayed on the screen for this field.
Salutation
Choose how you want to be addressed when you pay by card on the Internet. This salutation will be shown at the payment gate while confirming the payment.
Mobile phone number
Some card payments on the Internet will require further confirmation. We recommend ČSOB Smart Key app. But it is still mandatory to set up the mobile phone number as a backup confirmation method.
