Renewal Setting of a Term Deposit

Setting the renewal of a term deposit is used to renew your term deposit so that it is done automatically, and you do not have to think about it again.

Account to be debited

Please choose an account from the list that you want to set up or cancel automatic deposit renewal for. Detailed information for each account is displayed here, such as the number, currency, type, and name.

Action

Please start the automatic renewal of a deposit by activation, or terminate it using de-activation.

Current balance

It shows the current balance on a time deposit account.

Currency

This is the currency that is specified in the ISO code – in the standard format: CZK, EUR, USD etc.

Duration of a deposit

The duration of a deposit is a period in which the funds should be deposited.

Date when established

The date of establishment is the day when a deposit should be established. Please enter the date using the calendar icon, or enter it in the DD. MM. YYYY format (e.g. 09. 01. 2010).

Due date (maturity)

The due date is the day when the relevant amount should be debited from the account. Please enter the date using the calendar icon, or enter it in the DD. MM. YYYY format (e.g. 09. 01. 2010).

Interest rate

The interest rate shows the rate of interest that is currently being applied to your deposit.

Activity on the due date

If you wish to have your deposit renewed regularly, please choose "Renew automatically". You can also choose the "Transfer to account" option, whereby the funds will be remitted to a selected account after the deposit period expires.

Principal Beneficiary’s Account (=Account of the Beneficiary/Recipient of the Principal)

Please choose an account from the list which you want to be credited with the terminated deposit. All the accounts connected to this service, and those relevant for this function, are available for selection. Detailed information for each account such as the number, currency, type, and name is displayed here.

Message

You can send a message to the beneficiary that will be displayed both in your own account statement, and your beneficiary’s account statement.

Interest settlement

To settle the interest, please choose from the list whether or not you want the interest to be added to the principal on the same account, or another account.

Account of the Beneficiary/Recipient of interest

If you have chosen the option to settle the interest on an account, please specify which account you want the interest to be remitted to. All the relevant accounts are available, and there is detailed information for each account such as the number, currency, type, and name.

Message

You can send a message to the beneficiary that will be displayed both in your own account statement, and the beneficiary’s account statement.

Confirmation of sending a payment (authorisation)

Please confirm the sending of a payment according to the method you have chosen. As a standard, payments are confirmed by a one-time SMS key.

Sending a payment

After successful authorisation, a message is displayed on the screen to confirm that the bank has received your request for sending a payment. You can save the confirmation message on your PC by choosing “Save as”, or print it using the “Print” option.

We can also send you confirmation of your request for an outgoing payment by SMS or email.
