Templates
You can save your payment orders as a template for easier and faster use in the future. You can find the templates under the link in the “Payments“– Payment Templates”, you can create them for several types of transactions.
- payment order,
- FX payment in the CR,
- mass payment order,
- payment abroad
- SEPA payment
Having selected an item from the menu a screen with lists of all templates broken down into two folders will be displayed. The new template is automatically ranked first.
You can also filter templates by type or search for them through beneficiary's account number or name (or its part). There is also a menu for each template and you can change the template, cancel it or use directly as a payment order. For your better orientation you can give name to the templates.
Trusted accounts
Trusted accounts are the ones that you enter in a special list of trusted accounts. Payments to these accounts will then be faster – you do not have to confirm them by authorization method (Smart key, SMS key, certificate).
You will add an account to the list by ticking the “Mark recipient as trusted” option in the form for one-time payment. You can delete the account from the list at any time.
For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm a payment with Smart Key, SMS Key or Certificate even for a trusted account. Usually in case you are sending a higher amount one time payment or making multiple payments in one day.
