What Opportunities Can Internet Banking Offer to You

You can establish some products in our Internet Banking, e.g. credit cards (applicable to people under 18 years of age), or arrange an appointment directly at our branch office.

How do I get a product?

  1. Please log in to Internet Banking
  2. In the left menu, choose “E-shop” and select the product you are interested in
  3. On the product page, choose “establish online”
  4. Continue by filling in the displayed form
  5. We will send you an email to confirm the receipt
  6. Then, please wait to be contacted by our staff who will arrange a meeting with you to sign the necessary documents

Useful information

While using our Internet Banking, you can also establish the products available within the ČSOB Group, e.g. insurance. In this case, you will be redirected directly to a website of the ČSOB Group members, through which you can apply for a product, or simply establish it immediately.
