Setting Counter-accounts

Use this option to manage the settings of counter-accounts that are used to withdraw money from your Red Account. If you have multiple Red Accounts, please select from the menu the account you want to be displayed or changed.

The Red Account is for saving, so the payments are limited by the number of accounts you can transfer money to.

How does it work?

  • You can have two counter-accounts for each Red Account, at any bank.
  • These accounts may only be changed once every three months.
  • In addition to the account number or account name, you will see the date on which the activated account can be replaced.
  • If both counter-accounts are already set and permitted changes can be made in the future, you cannot change/replace them before the deadlines.
  • These limitations do not apply to your own Era/Postal Savings Accounts which are linked to your Era Internet Banking. You can transfer money to such accounts even if they are not set up as counter-accounts.
